1. IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT ON MY ORDER?

Australia Post limits each order to just 22kg. If your shopping cart exceeds 22kg in weight, the cart will give you an error that reads:

Unfortunately we can't ship to your location.
Please select another location and try again.

We recommend that you make two separate orders, each weighing less than 22kg. If you do have a heavy order, please contact us.

 

2. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

The GoodSeed Australia Inc. store currently ships to the following countries:

  • Australia (including Christmas Island)
  • China
  • Cook Islands
  • Fiji
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • New Caledonia
  • New Zealand
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Thailand

If your country is not listed, please visit one of our other GoodSeed stores: Canada, USA, UK.

If you would like contact us about shipping to your location, please fill in the contact form.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogramme.

 

3. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND OR RETURN AN ITEM?

We will refund a purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are in original condition, accompanied by the order confirmation email.

If you wish to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

Please note that you cannot return the following types of items:

  • Digital products (e.g., ebooks and audiobooks) where the item has been downloaded.
  • Other digital products like CDs and DVDs, where the seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed.
  • Worldview Rethink ToolBoxes where the cardboard visual aids have been removed from their original packaging.

Once you have informed us, you then need to return the unwanted items to us (preferably in their original packaging or otherwise adequately packaged) as soon as reasonably practicable.

Return to GoodSeed Australia Inc.:
Return the item to our office along with the email we sent you when we dispatched it. Refunds are only made onto the credit card that made the original payment, not in cash. Refunds of cheques will be made in cheque to the buyer listed on the invoice. PayPal payments are refunded to your payment card.

Return by post:
The return is at your own risk and at your own cost and we will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with the purchase such as recorded or courier delivery. Include the reason for the return, your order number and your email address or telephone number. If you have asked for a refund but have failed to return the unwanted items, we reserve the right to collect the items and deduct the costs of the return shipping from your refund. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will have to charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if items are faulty.

 

4. I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

If the item is damaged or incorrect, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We'll refund your postage costs to the credit card you paid with.

Please send the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order email back to our office, as noted above.

Note: Only when we have made an error in sending you an incorrect or damaged item will we cover the postage cost of you sending the items back to us.

 

5. I WANT AN EXCHANGE RATHER THAN A REFUND. WHAT DO I DO?

We ask that you place a new order for the item. We'll refund you for the original item (following the process above) and you can order the right item and pay for it like a regular purchase.

 

6. WHICH ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE RETURNS POLICY?

You cannot return an order for:

  • Digital products (e.g., ebooks and audiobooks) where the item has been downloaded.
  • Other digital products like CDs and DVDs, where the seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed.
  • Worldview Rethink ToolBoxes where the cardboard visual aids have been removed from their original packaging.

...unless the item is incorrect, faulty or defective.
